Parliament Elections Act (No. 1 of 1981) - Sect 62

Publication of result in the Gazette

62. The returning officer shall forthwith after the result has been declared by him, make a return, substantially in form L set out in the First Schedule to this Act, to the Commissioner, who shall cause the name of the Members so elected to be published in the Gazette.
