Presidents Entitlements Act (No. 4 of 1986) - Sect 6

Interpretation

6. In this Act " "pension" when used in relation to a former President, means the pension which such former President is entitled to receive by virtue of his having held the office of President ; "President" means the President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka ; ."widow" includes a widower.
