Public Enterprises Reform Commission of Sri Lanka Act (No. 1 of 1996) - Sect 15

Furnishing of information & to the President

15. The President may, from time to time, direct the Commission to furnish to him in such form as he may require returns, accounts and other information with respect to the work of the Commission and the Commission shall carry cut every such direction.
