Where any property is vested in or requisitioned for the Board, the Chairman of the Board shall, by notice published in the Gazette and in such other manner as may be determined by him, direct every person who was interested in such property immediately before the date on which such property was so vested or requisitioned to make, within a period of one month reckoned from the date specified in the notice, a written claim to the whole or any part of the compensation payable under this Act in respect of such property, and to specify in the claim-
| (a) his name and address; |
|
| (b) the nature of his interest in such property; |
|
| (c) the particulars of his claim; and |
|
| (d) how much of such compensation is claimed by him. |
