Amendment of section 5 of the principal enactment

4. Section 5 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, in subsection (1) of that section, as follows: -

(1) in paragraph (c) of that subsection, by the omission of the word " and " ;

(2) in paragraph (d) of that subsection, by the substitution, for the words " so required.", of the words " so required ; and " ; and

(3) by the addition, immediately after paragraph (d) of that subsection, of the following new paragraph : -

	" (e) particulars of such other matters as may be prescribed.".
