Petrol (Control Of Supplies)(Amendment) Act (No. 3 of 1957) - Sect 5

Amendment of section 7 of the principal enactment

5. Section 7 of the principal enactment is hereby , amended, in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " that month.", of the words " that month and deliver such permit or permits either to him or to any person authorized by him in writing to be his representative.".
