Amendment of section 12 of Act No. 28 of 1970

3. Section 12 of the Protection of Tenants (Special Pro visions) Act, No, 28 of 1970, as last amended by Law No. 9 of 1978, is hereby further amended by the substitution, for the words " thirteen years ", of the words " eighteen years ".
