Plant Protection (Amendment) Act (No. 20 of 1986) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 2 of Chapter 447

2. Section 2 of the Plant Protection Ordinance (herein...after referred to as the" principal enactment "), as amended by Act No. 50 of 1951 is hereby further amended as follows :
(1) by the substitution, for the definition of "disease ", of the following definition:
(2) by the substitution for the definition of "owner" or "occupier ", of the following definition:
