Amendment of section 9 of the principal enactment

9. Section 9 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (3) of that section, by the substitution in paragraph (m) of that subsection, for the words " Director of Agriculture and the inspectors appointed under ", of the words " Director and officers appointed for the purposes of ".
