Pradeshiya Sabhas Act (No. 15 of 1987) - Sect 103

Nuisance by child

103. Every person who, having the care or custody of any child under twelve years of age, fails to prevent such child from committing a nuisance in or by the side of any street, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred rupees.
