Pradeshiya Sabhas Act (No. 15 of 1987) - Sect 113

Exemption from special rate by resolution

113, A Pradeshiya Sabha may by resolution, specially exempt any property from any special rate imposed under section 109 on the ground of the poverty of the owner.
