A supply of water for domestic purposes shall not include a supply of water for horses or cattle or for washing vehicles, where such horses, cattle, or vehicles ate kept for sale or hire or a supply for any trade, manufacture or business, or fountains or swimming baths or for any ornamental or mechanical purpose or for- purposes of irrigation. |
