| 144. The Pradeshiya Sabha shall have power and authority at any time to revise any assessment or verification, if it is satisfied that there are sufficient grounds thereof by increasing or decreasing the same as it may seem fit, and to fix the date upon which the revised assessment or verification shall come into force. |
