| 183. All costs, charges and expenses arising from or in respect of any suit. action, or legal proceeding, which a Pradeshiya Sabha may become liable to pay, shall be paid from the Pradeshiya Sabha Fund; and no member of the Pradeshiya Sabha or inhabitant living within the limits of a Pradeshiya Sabha shall be personally liable for the payment thereof. |
