195. The Minister or the Commissioner may
| (a) bring to the notice of any Pradeshiya Sabha any measure which, in the opinion of the Minister or the Commissioner, ought to be taken within the area administered by the Pradeshiya Sabha in the in rest, of public health or safety; or |

| (b) bring to the notice of any Pradeshiya Sabha any general question of administrative policy as to which it is desirable, in the opinion of the Minister or the Commissioner, that the Pradeshiya Sabha should co-ordinate its policy with the administrative policy generally in force in Sri Lanka or in any part of Sri Lanka. |
