| 206. If the amount of damages, costs or expenses determined by the Magistrate under section 205 is not paid by the person liable to pay the same within seven days after demand, the default may be reported to such Magistrate and the amount thereof shall be recovered in the same manner as if it was a fine imposed by such Magistrate. |
