| 2. Section 6 of the Public Service Mutual Provident Association Ordinance. hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment ", as amended by Act No, 15 of 1966 and Law No. 54 of 1973, is hereby further amended by the substitution, for the proviso to subsection (2) of that section, of the following new proviso:- "Provided that such remuneration shall not exceed the sum of three hundred rupees per month or proportionately for any part of a month.". |
