| 4. The amendment made to section 18 of the principal enactment by section 3 of this Law shall be deemed to have come into operation on August 1, 1976 ; and accordingly the annual general meeting of the members of the corporation held on June 4, 1977, and the business transacted at such meeting shall be deemed to have been duly held and transacted under and in accordance with the provisions of section 18 of the principal enactment as amended by section 3 of this Law. |
