| 7. Section 16 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, by the insertion at the end of paragraph (6) of that section, of the following new proviso:-- Provided, however, that in the special circumstances of any particular case, the Minister may in his discretion, direct that such bonus and interest or any specified portion thereof be paid to the contributor". |
