Railways (Amendment) Act (No. 20 of 1971) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 4 of the principal enactment

3. Section 4 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, for the words " All such rules shall ", of the words " All such rules, excepting rules relating to the charges to be made for the conveyance of passengers and goods by railway and the goods that are to be charged at special rates, shall ".
