Amendment of the Schedule to the principal enactment

5. The Schedule to the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows: -

(1) under the heading " Passengers "-

	(a) by the repeal of paragraph 1; and

	(b) by the renumbering of paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 as paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 respectively; and

(2) under the heading " Goods "

	(a) by the repeal of paragraph 1; and

	(b) by the renumbering of paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 as paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 respectively.
