| 68, Where under this Act any act or thing which is required or authorized to be done in the presence of the agent or agents of a recognized political party at a Referendum, the non-attendance of any agent or agents of such party at the time and place- if printed for the purpose shall not, if that act or thing is otherwise duly done, invalidate the act or thing done. |
