Road Development Authority Act (No. 73 of 1981) - Sect 21

Authority to make rules-

21.
(1) The Authority may make rules in respect of the management of the affairs of the Authority and all or any of the matters for which rules are authorized or required by this Act to be made.
(2) No rule made by the Authority under this Act shall have effect until it has been approved by the Minister.
