| 3, For the purposes of the Thoroughfares Ordinance, a road shall be deemed to be in charge of the Authority, if it is maintained from the Fund of the Authority and a certificate under the hand of the General Manager to the effect that any road is maintained by the Authority shall be prima facie evidence of the fact that the road is so maintained. |
