Road Development Authority (Special provisions) Act (No. 5 of 1988) - Sect 5

Amendment of section 11 of the principal enactment

5. Section 11 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the words, " powers, duties or functions under this Act", of the words " powers, duties or functions conferred or imposed on, or assigned to the Authority by this Act or any other law ".
