Constitution of the Board

7.
(1) The Board shall consist of not less than five and not more than twelve nominated and elected directors, nominated or elected as the case may be, under section 8 or 9 of this Act.
(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1), until the first Annual General Meeting of the Bank is held, the Board shall consist only of the nominated directors.
