Ratnapura District Welfare Fund (Board Of Trustees) Act (No. 56 of 1981) - Sect 4

Constitution of the Fund

4. The Fund shall consist of"
(a) all moneys lying to the credit of the Fund on the date of commencement of this Act; and
(b) all moneys that may accrue to the Fund after the date of commencement of this Act.
