8. Subject to the provisions of this Act, rules may be made by the Board in respect of all or any of the following! matters : "
| (a) the procedure to be followed, and the transaction of business, at meetings of the Board ; |
|
| (b) the powers, conduct, duties and functions of the members of the Board and the officers and servants of the Board ; and |
|
| (c) the administration and management of the property of the Fund, the custody of its funds and the maintenance and audit of its accounts and the affixing of its seal. |
