Registration Of Persons (Amendment) Act (No. 37 of 1971) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 9 of the principal Act

3. Section 9 of the principal Act Is hereby amended as follows: -
(1) in sub-section (2) of that section by the deletion of paragraph (d) of that sub-section; and
(2) in sub-section (4) of that section by the omission of the words and figures " to take the impressions referred to in paragraph (d) of sub-section (2), and ", and by the substitution, for the expression " that sub-section. ", of the expression " sub-section (2). ".
