Amendment of section 17 of the principal Act
6. Section 17 of the principal Act is hereby amended as follows: -
(1) in sub-section (2) (c) of that section by the addition immediately after the words " standard's and quality ", of the words " and the original of that card "; and
(2) by the deletion of sub-section (5) of that section.
