Regional Rural Development Banks Act (No. 15 of 1985) - Sect 39

Certain written laws not to apply to the Bank

39. The provisions of the following written laws shall not apply to the Bank :
(a) the Money Lending Ordinance ;
(b) the Debt Conciliation Ordinance : and
(c) the Pawn Brokers Ordinance.
