Survey Act (No. 17 of 2002) - Sect 50

Cancellation or suspension or conditions to be entered in register

50.The Secretary shall enter in the register against the entry relating to the relevant surveyor, the fact that his registration or Annual Practicing Licence or both has or have been cancelled and any conditions imposed on him for the practise of land surveying under section 47.
