| 3. Every person who is the holder of a Certificate of Entitlement issued under the regulations made under the 15 janasaviya Act, No. 4 of 1985 and in force on the day immediately preceding the date of the repeal of the said Act, and is in receipt a cash payment of two hundred and fifty Rupees a month shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the principal enactment, be eligible to apply for relief 20 under the Samurdhi National Programme formulated under the principal enactment. |
