Science And Technology Development Act (No. 11 of 1994) - Sect 29

Contravention of section 28 is an offence

29. Every person who being a member of the Board or officer or servant of the Corporation contravenes the provision of section 28, shall be liable on conviction after summary trial before a Magistrate to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand rupees.
