Preservation of privileges of Supreme Court and Court of Appeal

l7. Nothing in this Act shall affect or prejudice, or be deemed to affect or prejudice, the powers and privileges, 'or the Supreme Court and the Judges thereof, and of the Court of Appeal and the Judges thereof.
