Southern Development Authority of Sri Lanka Act (No. 18 of 1996) - Sect 29

Authority not to transact business with enterprises in which a member has interest, unless approved by the Minister

29. The Authority shall not make an investment in or otherwise transact business with an enterprise of which a member of the Authority is a partner, director or share holder or is in any other way directly or indirectly interested, unless the transaction is approved by the Minister.
