State Film Corporation Act (No. 47 of 1971) - Sect 27

Investment of the funds of the Corporation

27. Any funds of the Corporation which are not immediately required for the purposes of the business of the Corporation may be invested by the Board of Directors in such manner as the Board may determine with the approval of the Minister given with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance.
