| 23. The Corporation may, with the consent of the Minister of Finance or in accordance with the terms of any general authority given by him, borrow, by way of overdraft or otherwise, or negotiate and obtain on credit terms such sums as the Corporation may require for meeting the obligations of the Corporation, or exercising, discharging or performing its powers, functions or duties under this Act: Provided, however, that the aggregate of the amounts outstanding in respect of any loans raised by the Corporation under this section shall not at any time exceed such amount as may be determined by the Minister of Finance. |
