Appeals

33.

(1) The applicant or licencee, as the case may be, who is aggrieved 'by a decision of the Bureau -

	(a) refusing the grant or the renewal of licence; or

	(b) cancelling his licence;

(2) Such Secretary may on any appeal under sub section (1)

	(a) allow the appeal and direct the Bureau to grant or renew a licence; or

	(b) disallow the appeal.

(3) The Bureau shall comply with any direction issued to it under subsection (2).
