Sri lanka Bureau Of Foreign Employment Act (No. 21 of 1985) - Sect 36

Licensee to inform Bureau of any change of particulars

36.
(1) A licensee shall within thirty days of any change in the particulars stated in his application for a licence, inform the Bureau in writing of the change.
(2) Nothing in subsection (1) shall authorize the licensee to carry on any business otherwise than in accordance with the terms and conditions of the licence.
