| 46. All moneys received by the Bureau and payable into the Welfare Fund shall be lodged with an approved bank and shall be credited to an account entitled the "Workers' Welfare Fund Account". In this section "approved bank" means a bank specified by the Minister with the concurrence of the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance, by Order published in the Gazette, as a bank in which the moneys payable into the Welfare Fund may be lodged. |
