Council of Management

5.
(1) The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation, be administered by a Council of Management, consisting of such number of persons to be elected in accordance with the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation.
(2) The first Council of Management of the Corporation shall be the Council of Management of the Chamber holding office at the time of the coming into operation of this Act.
