Sri Lanka Institute Of Co-operative Management Act (No. 37 of 1983) - Sect 7

Term of office of the Board of Directors,

7.
(1) Every member appointed under paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section 6 shall, unless he vacates office earlier by death, resignation or removal, hold office for a period of three years.
(2) Every ex officio member of the Board shall hold office as long as he holds the post by virtue of which he was appointed a member of that Board-
