Sri Lanka Institute Of Printing Act (No. 18 of 1984) - Sect 7

The Board of Governors

(1) The management and administration of the affairs of the Institute shall be vested in a Board of Governors (herein- after referred to as "the Board").

(2) The Board shall consist of the following members -

	(a) five members appointed by the Minister (hereinafter referred to as "appointed members") who in the opinion of the Minister are actively engaged in the field of printing technology or management;

(b) four other members (referred to as "ex-officio members") who shall be the persons for the time being holding office as

(i) Government Printer;

(ii) Chairman of the State Printing Corporation;

(iii) President of All Ceylon Printers Association;

(iv) President of the Sri Lanka Institute of Packaging.
