Amendment of section 21 of the principal enactment [ 12, 7 of 1984]

12, Section 21 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for the words " Colombo Port Commission of the words " Colombo Ports Commission and the Coast Lights and Beacons Division of the Department of Merchant Shipping ".
