Amendment of section 25 of the principal enactment. [ 16. 7 of 1984]

16. Section 25 of the principal Amendment of enactment is hereby amended as follows : -

(a) in subsection (1) of that section -

	(i) by the substitution for the words " Where any immovable property, other than property of the Republic,", of the words " Where any land, other than State land,";

	(ii) by the substitution for the words " such property, that property may, ", of the words " such land, that land may, n; and

(b) in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " any immovable property ", of the words " any land ".
