| 14. In the case of any offence under this Law committed through the means of a newspaper, the proprietor, publisher, printer, editor and journalist of such newspaper shall each be deemed to be guilty of that offence:Provided that no such person shall be guilty of an offence under this Law if he proves that the offence was committed without his knowledge or that he exercised all due diligence to prevent the commission of the offence. |
