Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation Act (No. 6 of 1982) - Sect 6

Delegation of powers of the Corporation

6.
(1) The Corporation may, subject to such conditions as may be specified in writing, delegate to the Director- General any power, duty or function conferred or imposed on or assigned to the Corporation.
(2) Notwithstanding any such delegation, the Corporation may exercise, perform or discharge any such power, duty or function.
