Sri Lanka Standards Institution Act (No. 6 of 1984) - Sect 10

Removal of member of Council other than the Vice Chairman

10.
(1) The Minister may if he thinks it expedient to do so, by Order published in the Gazette, remove any member from office other than the Vice-Chairman without assigning any reason therefor and such removal shall not be called in question in any court:
