13. section 11 of the principal enactment is here by amended as follows:-
| (1) in subsection (2) of that section-
| | (a) by the substitution in paragraph (a) of that subsection for the words " be proposes ", of the words " it proposes "; | | |
| | (b) by the substitution in paragraph (b) of that subsection for the words " in his opinion ", of the words "in its opinion "; | | |
|
|
| (2) in subsection (3) of that section, by the substitution in paragraph (a) of that subsection, for the words "he proposes to revoke ", of the words " it purposes to revoke "; and |
|
| (3) in subsection (5) of that section, by the substitution in paragraph (a) of that subsection, for the words "as it considers appropriate". |
